Masala Scrambled Egg Burrito! You will need: Non-stick pan Stirry thing, eg, wooden spoon or spatula Low cal spray or drizzle of olive oil Chopping facilities Plate/slate and eating implements.  15 minutes to make it, 5 minutes peace to enjoy eating it. 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp fennel seeds Small onion, chopped Small tomato, or a few cherry tomatoes, chopped 1 garlic clove chopped/minced 1 inch chopped/minced or 1 tbs ginger paste 1/2 fresh chilli sliced Salt 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp Indian chilli powder 1/2 tsp ground coriander Egginess in the form of any of these suggestions:1 large egg, or 2x small eggs, or a couple of egg whites if you're being good on calories! Wholemeal wrap Yogurt and coriander to serve (optional) Method: Heat your olive oil drizzle/low cal spray in your non-stick pan. Add fennel and cumin seeds, stir for a few seconds, until they're fragrant. Add onion, garlic, chilli, and ginger (if fresh) to brown. Then add chopped tomatoes, ginger (if paste) salt, turmeric, chilli powder, ground cumin and coriander. Stir well to cook the ground spices through. Add your eggs/eggs/egg whites. Stir continuously until cooked through. Grab your wrap. Zap your wrap in the microwave for 15-30 seconds to soften and warm. (if you like) Plonk your wrap on whatever surface you're eating off of. Tip the egg mix in the middle, and fold it up, burrito parcel style. (fold in the 2 sides, then fold over the bottom and top, and flip over. Enjoy with plain yogurt and fresh coriander if you fancy. Also goes well with slices of avocado if you're allowing yourself a few extra calories. You can also make these eggs, and add them to toast, put them on kale.. Put them anywhere you fancy really! They're right tasty!
